Manager Visual Merchandising

Job Responsibilities:Lead DTC VM team to implement VM guidelines, projects, and POS executions collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and DTC stakeholders.Execute VM guidelines across channels according to the Brand Activation calendar to enhance our brand experience and align with ONE LAM executions.Support new POS openings or remodelings to ensure flawless execution of brand image.Provide feedback to Market on VM implementation of campaigns, product availability, floor share, SIS executions, competitors, and market opportunities to improve our presence at POS.Drive on-site ISC Platform input to produce missing tools at POS.Develop and optimize the visit plan of VMs and promoters according to strategy to maximize brand optimal presence, execution of all campaigns, and increase store KPIs.Act as a business contact for external parties (agencies and suppliers) to ensure efficiency and consistency in messaging.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong leadership skills.Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained.Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge including company policies and practices.5 years of experience.Minimum 1 year of informal management experience required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
