Keep the YTD BOM (Bill of Material) structures updated with the latest cost information for Nissan Trade & Customs queries or any other internal department that needs to check cost changes/variations to ensure compliance with applicable USMCA origin and labor considerations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Obtain an estimated bill of materials for vehicles produced by NMEX from NMEX FIN MZK every month.
- Receive/consult updated part prices (monthly) and update the supplier database with information received from purchasing.
- Analysis of variations, staying aware of differences that may occur in certain part numbers from month to month in the BOMs.
- Support and strategic advising.
- Monthly update of Bill of Materials (BOM, Vehicle Material List) with models specified by Customs & Trade.
- Monthly update of Intermediate BOMs (vehicle + engine) with models specified by Customs & Trade.
- Monthly update of Engine BOMs with models specified by Customs & Trade (special project).
- Consolidate financial information and cross-reference it with the supplier database (national and international) provided by purchasing to ensure accurate export calculations and avoid sanctions in accordance with USMCA guidelines.
- Internal communication with various departments involved in the process.
**Education/Certifications**: Finance, Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering (Financial Profile), Economics (bachelor's degree).
**Previous Work Experience**
- At least 5 years of experience in finance/data
