Role Purpose
- Attention of the legal consultancy generated by the businesses of Global Banking and Markets (GBM).
- Management and control of Contractual Risk, Legislative Risk and Non-Contractual Rights related to the Global Banking & Markets area.

Accountabilities
- Management of financial, legal and material resources to provide accurate and timely legal advice for the Business.
- Review, detection, analysis and control of potential contractual, legislative and/or lack of contractual rights risks and escalation of reviews and resolutions based on the complexity of the Business.
Requirements

Major Challenges
- Compliance with internal processes in order to streamline business opportunities.
- Respond to difficult situations with a sense of urgency but within a context that allows analysis, detection, control, and timely administration of decision-making in the face of possible contractual, legislative, and/or lack of rights risks. contractual, in order to safeguard the Bank's interests and to maintain the existing business optimally, and to allow new business opportunities.
- Seek improvements in the different processes in which Legal intervenes to optimize the existing business and make new business opportunities more flexible.

Knowledge & Experience
- Licensed attorney with at least 10 years of experience
- Postgraduate in Financial Law desirable and preferably abroad.
- Desirable work experience in market areas and corporate financing
- Knowledge in Civil, Commercial, Corporate and Banking Law, and in regulation of Financial Institutions,
- Work under pressure, management, decision making and conflict resolution,and strategic vision and leadership
