-Job descriptionRole Purpose- Attention of the legal consultancy generated by the businesses of Global Banking and Markets (GBM).- Management and control of Contractual Risk, Legislative Risk and Non-Contractual Rights related to the Global Banking & Markets area.Accountabilities- Management of financial, legal and material resources to provide accurate and timely legal advice for the Business.- Review, detection, analysis and control of potential contractual, legislative and/or lack of contractual rights risks and escalation of reviews and resolutions based on the complexity of the Business.RequirementsMajor Challenges- Compliance with internal processes in order to streamline business opportunities.- Respond to difficult situations with a sense of urgency but within a context that allows analysis, detection, control, and timely administration of decision-making in the face of possible contractual, legislative, and/or lack of rights risks.
