**Managing Director Mexico (M/F/d)**

**Embedded in the LATAM sales regions, and reporting directly to the Regional President.**

**Purpose of role: Expansion of the Kärcher brand presence by developing and implementing the business and people strategies for long-term sustainable and profitable growth, showing strong customer centricity, fostering implementation excellence, and developing markets.**

**Based out of the successfully operating sales and service subsidiary in Mexico City with around 120 employees and growing annual turnover (approx. 1 bn. Pesos MXN), this exciting and responsible role will comprise the following tasks**:

- **Elevating the business to the next level by enhancing a strong multichannel sales structure for a large product portfolio and representing the Kärcher brand in front of a highly diverse customer base and partners.**
- **Working closely with both regional and global headquarters in order to set up a mid
- and long-term strategy.**
- **Ensuring the further growth of the business and the achievement of sales and profit targets, taking over responsibility for P&L and all operations. Accountable for revenue and EBIT generated by the subsidiary, for their budget and forecasts, and also for implementing 'standard' structures, e.g., processes, tools, org setup.**
- **Leading and developing an experienced and great team from finance, sales, HR, IT, and service with a very independent and self-starting attitude. Develop future leadership and succession planning within the organization.**
- **Building up a strong communication channel at every level of the organization and being a central figure in promoting the organization's culture and its shared values.**
- **D**evelop and manage customer interactions to ensure optimum market coverage and maximized revenue opportunities for all core business units.

**It would be WOW if you would bring this in**:

- **Several years' of experience in senior-level general or sales management positions in international matrixed organizations.**
- **A proven and successful sales track record (ideally in B2B, retail and/ or online channels) as well as an operational and strategic exposure in commercial durable businesses, e.g. power tools, construction or material handling equipment, industrial vehicles, building material, outdoor and gardening devices etc.**
- **Strategic thinking and acting: ability to understand the strategic needs of the market, anticipate changing trends and respond to opportunities and threats.**
- **Fluent in English and Spanish.**
- **An empathic leadership style with a focus on professional development, collaboration and coaching.**
- **An outgoing personality, high analytical skills, a self-starting attitude and a strong desire to add value to the organization.**
