This role reports to the Business Unit (BU) President and has responsibility for strategic leadership, operational oversight, financial management, and driving the company's commercial growth and success within Mexico. The Managing Director will ensure that all business goals are met, while adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.Responsibilities:KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Leadership:Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, embodying the Blue Culture values of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Lead our Mexico operations to achieve short-term and long-term business goals.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Operational Oversight:Provides visionary guidance and strategic direction across all operational domains in Mexico, encompassing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost Efficiency, and Compliance.Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve performance.Optimize team workflows and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.Financial Management:Develop and manage the annual budget for our Mexico operations
