Essential ResponsibilitiesDevelop the Master Production Schedule and Daily Production Schedule.Maintain close communication with internal customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production plans align with overall business goals.Execute, monitor, and analyze past due, on-time delivery, attainment, and adherence to production plans reports.Identify opportunities for process improvement (continuous improvement process oriented).Coordinate requests for rush orders and expected delays in materials and purchased parts to minimize delays for customers.Identify and resolve production issues or delays, solving various problems that may arise, including but not limited to rejected parts, availability of purchased parts, capacity and throughput constraints, and changes in customer demands and service levels.Generate and present production reports to the management team.Collaborate with IT, RBS, and others as needed to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in systems.Review and manage safety stock levels on internal parts.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Maintain a high sense of urgency.About Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord is a $6.5B publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit, and control motion.
