Company DescriptionLocated 70 km from Mexico City, Bosch Plant in Toluca (TlP) has manufactured since 1966 a wide range of products for the Automotive Business for Electrical Drives (ED) and Gasoline Systems (GS) Divisions.Our strategy is shown in the Excellence Wheel, we are driving the change to be the Plant No. 1 in North America.**Job Description**:**Main Objective****What challenges will you have?****Project Planning**- Develop and implement plans for each project that meet the required Project Management procedures established by Bosch and the client's development plans- Follow up and fulfilment of strategies by organizing critical timelines, key milestones and standards- Ensure that projects costs are met within the quality standards**Project Launch**- Ensure that the progress of each task is reviewed on daily meetings by the Safe Launch & Launch Room methodology- Coordinate hand of information & activities to team members inside and outside of plant to overcome obstacles and time restrictions- Provide project status with client, management and directors.**Project Review**- Monthly PRM review of project standards- Reach OEE goals of line production- Ensure Zero Defects to client by implementing the Safe Launch methodology, securing product quality and Source-Make-Delivery process.- Deliver final products on time and within the budgeted cost- Project Reporting to the established committees**Risk Management**- Identify risks on time and work on their diminution or alternatives.**Qualifications**:**Who are we looking for?**- Engineering degree: Industrial, Administrative Mechanic, Electric Mechanic or Mechatronic- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry as Manufacturing Engineer or Project Engineer- Advanced English level- German is a plus**Technical Knowledge**- Project Management- CAPEX- Knowledge on manufacturing proccess- Previous Project launches in the automotive industry- Quality Gates- Microsoft Project- Core Tools (SPC, PPAP, PS, QAM, AMEF)- Budget control**What you will bring to Bosch**- Continuous improvement mindset- Strong leadership skills- Good time management and activity planning- Flexibility and leadership for problem solving- Analytical skills that allow you to manage strategiesAdditional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
