Manufacturing Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Document and maintain comprehensive business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results on time.
- Act as a liaison between sales and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze the demand and supply to ensure revenue delivery within the spending budget.
- Proactively identify and resolve any order or delivery issues.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide updates and ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and operations interactions, such as orders, issues, and turnaround time, among other KPIs.
- Provide regular reports to management on fulfillment activities and customer feedback trends.
- Contribute ideas for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations process.
- Ensure on-time delivery of forecast and customer orders.
- Manage forecast fulfillment and minimize impacts by handling everyday issues.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/fulfillment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Both, in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- D365 experience is a plus.
