The **Manufacturing Engineering & CI Manager** plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of process engineering / industrial engineering, manufacturing services, and CI facilitating efficient operations across the organization.
You will:
- Assess cost effectiveness and feasibility of manufacturing processes; make recommendations to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
- Manage process operations, ensuring all work is performed and according to quality and safety standards.
- Oversee manufacturing services, order processing, coordinate order and engineering changes.
- Lead the evaluation and execution of Capital Plan, capacity expansion, NPI´s, equipment renovations.
- Prepare and implement the budget for tooling, equipment, services.
- Assess of Operational Excellence System and define strategies to improve performance.
- Define and lead productivity plan and efforts, collaboration with finance to analyze and approve improvements.
- Partner with local and remote teams of planning, quality, design.
Qualifications:
- Understand Engineer-to-Order manufacturing process.
- Experience with plant engineering, industrial engineering, and tooling.
- In a positive manner despite challenges to deliverables, and resources.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering field.
- Minimum 3+ years as Manufacturing Engineering Manager or similar experience.
- Black belt certification desired.
