Detalles del cliente Leading international manufacturer specializing in the production of medium and large power transformers for industrial, commercial, and utility applications is looking for a Manufacturing & NPI coordinator specialized in metal mechanics who will lead and manage the entire manufacturing process for dry-type transformers and other electrical components ensuring compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality protocols.

Coordinate efficient use of personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize manufacturing processes.
Implement and monitor quality programs to maintain product standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain open communication with departments like engineering, quality, and maintenance to align project priorities and optimize processes.
Lead continuous improvement efforts by applying manufacturing philosophies and updating layouts, methods, and resources to enhance competitiveness and adaptability.
Perfil del candidato Advanced English mandatory.
Over 5 years in similar roles within manufacturing, specializing in metal mechanics and welding applications.
Experience in the electrical or electronics industry is preferential.
Skilled in overseeing new project launches and the introduction of new products.
Proven ability to guide, train, and support teams.
Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma training.
