Manufacturing Assistant

Eaton's FFD Fluid Filtration Division division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Assistant.**What you'll do**:**Job summary**Coordinate the job for a Production team and accomplish the goals and metrics established.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:- Ensure the OTD following the Work Orders, subassemblies and material required.- Assign the necessary tasks to the team- Assure MFGPro requirements based on the work order demands, assuring the labor hours earned correctly.- Update the whiteboard area of the metrics and measuring performance- Run and update backlog in a daily basis- Maintain safety stock level- Productivity and efficiency monitoring report- Daily sales and past due report- Other activities related with function assigned by immediate Supervisor**Qualifications**:- High school or Technical degree- Must show proficiency in reading and interpreting fabrication, machining and casting drawings, Welding process knowledge, Knowledge on ISO and MESH- Strong problem solving skills, Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization, Basic EnglishLI-MB2We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
