This person will fill a role as a Manufacturing Controller in our Tijuana office and should possess the following skills:Summary/Objective:The Manufacturing Controller will manage and improve the organization's financial performance and direct the accounting operations. Duties will include managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditures, forecasting revenue and ensuring accuracy of financial information.Controller will develop and enhance cost accounting processes, provide timely and insightful analysis to the senior management and operations team as well as assist in maintaining a strong internal control environment.Job Duties- Oversee the monthly accounting close, working with the operations and finance teams as required- .Coordinate budgeting/forecasting requirements with direction/input from business.- Provide analysis of financial performance including variances to plan, forecast and prior year; effectively communicateresults to Senior Management and Operations leadership.- Oversee financial preparation of capital and expense requests- In conjunction with strategic planning, prepare supporting financial analysis of returns, financial risks and other supporting financial needs as required.- Partner with operations and finance to identify areas of operational improvement and develop plans to achieve and monitor results.- Assist in development of BOM, inventory and manufacturing costing processes. **Maintain strong communication between the plant, finance and operations leadership.**:- Perform ad hoc analysis and other tasks in support of the business as required.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant discipline required- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, cost accounting or FP&A. Strong financial acumen accompanied by knowledge of financial accounting, cost accounting and internal control principles- Possess strong analytical skills, very good communication skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, be highly organized and possess effective leadership skills.- Proficiency in accounting software. Excellent data analytics skills including working with databases and BI tools, MS Office suite.- Experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred**Experience**:- ERP (5-years)- US Accounting (3-years)Additional Compensation:- Bonuses- Other formsPay: $90,000.00 - $140,000
