We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Manufacturing Coordinator**. based in **Apodaca Plant, Ciudad Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.** (E-Systems Division).
As a Manufacturing Coordinator you will have an excellent opportunity to work assuring the compliance with the metrics of the production area, from the reception of the raw material in its areas, until the packaging of the finished product, having constant communication and being an intermediary between the administrative part of the company and the collaborators in charge to coordinate the work and activities carried out.
**Your Task will be**
- Accomplish with the production schedule.
- Ensure that corrective actions are established for scrap, downtime, absenteeism and rotation and customer complaints for manufacturing.
- Ensure through your work group the correct use of materials, equipment, and tools.
- Transfer the information of the goals of the process indicators to the members of your team.
- Coordinate the resources of the different lines facilitating the execution of production programs.
- . In coordination with the functional areas, facilitate the solution of the problems presented.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Education: Professional equivalent experience
- 2 years minimum as Supervisor, Coordinator or Superintendent in the electronic or automotive industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English is desirable
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams
- Capacity of analysis
- Knowledge and experience in SMT and Backend (Final Assembly) processes
- Communication and organizational skills.
