We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Manufacturing Coordinator**, based in **Monterrey, Nuevo Leon** (E-Systems Division).
As **Manufacturing Coordinator,** you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Manufacturing Manager.
**Your Task will be**
- Comply with the Production Plan. Metric: Adherence to the Production and Efficiency Plan
- Daily monitoring, root cause analysis and corrective action for problems generating Scrap. Metric: Scrap
- Compliance with individual and group goals of the area in Continuous Improvement. Ideaccion, Best Practices, OEAB, 5's
- Follow-up on the actions generated in the scheduled meetings of the area (Pulse, Start-up, Scrap, Rotation and Absenteeism, Weekly Operations, Monthly)
- Implementation, start-up and follow-up in the Electronic QCPC Initiative
- Compliance with the policies and procedures of quality, environment and work standards of Lear Corporation.
- Attend and manage the functions of the ISO 14001 environmental management system
**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:
- Bachelor's/Engineering degree preferred, industrial engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry (required)
- English proficient
- Analysis skills, communication, decision abilities, problem solving skills.
- experience in personnel coordination
- Previous experience in the automotive SMT industry (required).
