**Position Summary**
Evaluates, selects, and applies Manufacturing Engineering techniques to develop economical and efficient methods to produce piece parts and/or assemblies.
Provides necessary input to develop cost and prepares manufacturing specifications for various operations/workstations.
Develops effective and economical standards, procedures, and processes to assure conformance of products to specifications.
**Responsibilities**
- Develops complex manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; and conferring with equipment suppliers.
Prepares written and graphical work instructions to communicate manufacturing requirements to production personnel
- Develop productivity projects (Kaizen Events) based on Eff.
Metrics and labor cost, through PDCA or similar methodology to conduct and track progress on deliverables
**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree IMA, IQ, Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering (or related fields).
- High Skills in Lean Manufacturing, SMED, Core Tools
- Bilingual English-Spanish capable to maintain a fluent conversation
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with HVAC&R Industry **(Desirable)**:
