We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Manufacturing Coordinator**, based in Torreon Plant,** Ciudad Torreon. Coah **(E-Systems Division).

As manufacturing coordinator, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment, reporting directly to Manager Manufacturing.

**Your Task will be**:

- Operational personnel management.
- Management of materials and equipment under your responsibility.
- Control of production efficiency per line
- Control of the release cover of production by line
- Meet and improve the KPI goals assigned to your function.
- Solution of operational and labor problems.
- Focus on personnel turnover control.
- Monitoring of new employees. Hour-by-hour compliance monitoring

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Education: University Grade
- Experience in a similar position or in the automotive industry end electronics industry (preferred)
- Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills.
- Troubleshooting
- Process & Line Rebalancing
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) #LI-LM1
