As Manufacturing Coordinator will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Maintenance Manager.
**Your tasks will be**:
- Plan the work schedule that will be done after reviewing the Client's requirements, available raw materials and New Products.
- Maintain fluid interdepartmental communication, in order to report on the development of production, products and quantities manufactured, raise the improvements that take place; thus, improving the quality of the products, the times of production and cost reduction.
- Development of personnel to occupy new positions according to the demand of the company.
- Submit to the Unit Management reports of production times, business hours worked, permits and absenteeism, which will allow to measure the reality of man-hour performance.
- Manage personnel and have knowledge in control processes with downtime.
- KPIs Management.
**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronic, industrial Engineering, Business Management or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Computer package management
- Personal management.
- Lean Manufacturing.
- English intermediate level.
- Problem solving skills.
