Drive initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing managers, supervisors, and frontline employees. Foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste elimination. Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices to drive operational efficiency.Continuous Improvement: Lead and support cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects. Foster an environment of innovation and efficiency throughout the manufacturing organization.Planning: Collaborate closely with the operations planning team to optimize responsiveness and timeliness to assure operational capacity matches customer demand.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and performance metrics to monitor key manufacturing KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to assure rigorous quality control standards and procedures.
