Descripción y detalle de las actividadesDeliver products to customers on time with good quality. Ensure products and assembly/test processes are designed for volume production. Initiate and implement continuous improvements in production to minimize costs and cycle time but at the same time to maximize inspection/test yields. Introduce new products into manufacturing with regard to the assembly process, test process, quality, material flow, etc. Determine and drive to completion any and all manufacturing changes that improve quality, cost, lead time, cycle time, etc. Evaluate products from the general manufacturing perspective; assembly process, DFM, testability, labor time and skill level, BOM(s), etc.Experiência y requisitosBS/MS or equivalent degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial or equivalent) At least 2 years working in a manufacturing environment dealing with most of the following: - Engineering Change Orders and their implementation into the factory - MRP ( Macola preferred) - Assembly and Test fixture design and/or support - Inspection of PCB and mechanical assemblies to IPC-A-610 Class 2 - Basic elements of ISO9001 as they pertain to the manufacturing environment - Manufacturing process design and implementation - Elaboration of process flow, PFMEA, Control Plan and PPAP's - DFM reviews of printed circuit assembly layoutsOrganizaciónAblemex, S.A. de C.V.
