With revenues of more than $40 billion and the largest investment in R&D in the industry, we give our people the resources and chances to create meaningful contributions to the world.**Chihuahua, Mexico, US Full-Time Internal/External****Keys to Success**:- Work closely with production team to provide engineering support production challenges, including quality, assembly, and technical issues- Fault isolation, solving, and root cause analysis activities during sophisticated system integration and FOQ testing- Review assembly testing strategies and processes to identify potential cost and cycle time reduction activities- Lead development and validation/verification of test fixtures and write test procedures for production and supplier use- Tackle electrical and electronic component/system failures during system test and/or FOQ- Perform failure analysis and solution implementation for all electrical issues- Provide mechanical engineering support to manufacturing operation and design engineering to resolve quality, assembly, and BoMs issues- Participate in design for manufacturability, tooling/fixture design, BoM structure, cost analysis, process and supplier development, documentation, and training- Implement technologies to increase efficiency and yield improvement of Production line at our CM (contract manufacturer), preferably automation- Participate in NPI activities for any new products**Education**Bachelor's degree in Electro-mechanical Engineering or equivalent**Experience**- Strong knowledge and understanding of electronic modules and/or PCBA's involving analog and digital circuitry, RF, and high voltage electronics- Experience in high-volume and tight-schedule production environment- Experience with Ion Chromatography and/or Sample Preparation is preferred- Practical experience in solving production technical issues**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**- Excellent hands-on instrumentation, lab, and analytic skills- Excellent solving and debugging skills to find root cause and provide solution on electronic modules- Proficiency in Labview or other general test SW development environments is a plus- Lab equipment knowledge: Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer and Spectrum analyzer is a plus- Ability to plan, track and manage projects to cost and schedule targets- Experience interacting with suppliers to ensure product conformance, cost effectiveness and outsourcing initiatives- High attention to detail and organizational skills- Able to communicate clearly both in oral and presentationOur Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
