.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Line balancing. Preparation of work instructions, visual aids, route sheets, and process sheets for operators. Preparation of flow diagrams and FMEAs. Coordination and monitoring of a new product. Review and interpretation of plans. Workstation design. Ensure the results of the indicators through improvements, supervising procedures and controls established on production lines. Carry out rework methodologies for non-conforming parts. Solving production processes, fixtures, tools, or equipment using Lean, Kaizen tools, and/or continuous improvement tools. Training for supervisors and leaders of the production lines. For This Role, You Will Need: Maintain a safe work environment in the area, through the prevention and attention of accidents and illnesses at work, ensuring that safety equipment is used accurately by staff. Supervise activities in your area to promote control over costs and times. Respond to quality reports or complaints. Develop engineering documentation and implement new work instructions. Realization of Management of Change. Implement Lean Manufacturing tools and 5S in the plant. Ensure that tools, materials, and work equipment are provided accordingly.
