Manufacturing Engineer

**Responsibilities**:- Receive engineering orders from the different sites analyze and distribute to the team- Collect internal approvals of each of the engineering changes- Set up weekly meetings to release changes and follow up actions from the different departments- Organize the team for running samples either of a change or a new product- Follow up on approvals of changes or new products as required- Verify and approve process visual aids that includes engineering changes or for a new product- Make sure process and is ready for first runs- Upload new bill of materials and AVL's- Obtain drawings and documentation required for a change or a new product- Communicate with other sites to require information necessary**Autoridad**:Implementation, validation and coordination of engineering changes and new products.**Basic requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering- +1 years of experience in manufacturing processes- English 75%.- Medium-advanced handling of Microsoft Office- Select suppliers and purchase of machinery, equipment, and tooling.- Knowledge and domain in:- Process methods and equipment validation (CPk, GR&R, etc.)- Management of MRP systems- Project justification (cost-benefit, ROI, etc.)**Desirable requirements**:- Time studies and capacity calculation.- Creation and modification of Layouts.- Design of workstations.- Lean Manufacturing / 6 sigma certification
