Manufacturing Engineer

It is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as the company may deem necessary**Main activities**- Design of new workstations ensuring ergonomics and workflow.- Creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation in accordance with the standard(Process Sheets, visual aids, PFMEA, etc.)- Implementation and coordination of engineering changes.- Coordination of industrialization projects and transfers.- Production support to establish SOP, ramp up and OEE monitoring.- Support and development in cost reduction projects and industry 4.0.**Qualifications**- Industrial Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer or similar.- 1 to 5 years of experience in the industry.- Good written and oral communication skills in English.- Working knowledge of prints, schematics and equipment documentation to support problem solving, process improvements, etc.- Good interpersonal project management skills.- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.- Problem-solving skills.- Experience in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (1 to 3 years).**Additional Information**Bosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
