You'll get to:Lead as a change agent within global manufacturing organization to deliver transformational activitiesSupport and drive a targeted intervention/continuous improvement effort at specific sites co-identified with manufacturing leadershipFacilitate site maturity assessments and develop roadmaps with plant leadership to address any gaps; supporting sites to reach the next level of maturityDrive operational improvement through the implementation of Lean standard tools and concepts such as Flow, Standard Work, 5S, Visual-Management, SMED, Poka-Yoke, PDCA, TPM, Kaizen, etc.Coach shop floor-based personnel including makers, supervisors, managers in new ways of workingManage projects, understanding the risks, dependencies, budgets, resourcing, issues, critical milestones and forthcoming pipeline, and actions necessary to ensure successReview/assess operational data and implement action plans to address gapsFacilitate training sessions as neededThe Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
