**Main activities**
- Design of new workstations ensuring ergonomics and workflow.
- Creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation in accordance with the standard(Process Sheets, visual aids, PFMEA, etc.)
- Implementation and coordination of engineering changes.
- Coordination of industrialization projects and transfers.
- Production support to establish SOP, ramp up and OEE monitoring.
- Support and development in cost reduction projects and industry 4.0.
**Qualifications**
- Industrial Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer or similar.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in the industry.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of prints, schematics and equipment documentation to support problem solving, process improvements, etc.
- Good interpersonal project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Experience in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (1 to 3 years).
