MANUFACTURING ENGINEERBachelor Degree in Engineering**Experience in mechanic metal is a must**5 years of experience in manufacturing environment or as a process engineerEnglish Required 70%**Responsibilities**:- Operation Excellence indicators (Profit Plan, Safety, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, etc.)- Position requires strong analytical skills and understanding of problem-solving tools/methods (Six Sigma, 8D, or other)- Understands role of quality and variation reduction in driving operational improvement.- OEE improvement projects.- Use tools such as PFMEA and measurement system analysis tools.- Lean Manufacturing.- SMED, Kaizen, TPM Knowledge.- Develops guidelines for new equipment and/or enhance current documentation- Reports and coordinates the resolution of issues found during Process Validation runs- Provides engineering support for production to ensure attainment of quality, delivery and cost objectives- Creates and maintains operating procedures and work instructions- Evaluates and recommends new equipment to add capacity or improve quality performance- Researches new technology for future programs- Technical support on equipment when maintenance requires it- Document technical aspects of machine set-up and lead / assist / monitor training of technicians and operators- Monitor production data (throughput, yield, and variable) so as to maximize process effectiveness.
