**Procurement of Equipment and Process Performance improvement**

Spare part control

Management of preventive/ Corrective Maintenance to equipment's

Lead technicians to Maintenance strategy to meet company targets (MTBF, MTTR, OEE, FPY)

Manufacturing documentation update for audits internal / external

Support Production department in process and equipment topics

continuous improvement mindset

Responsible to Maintain equipment's in optimal conditions

**Technology Support**

Based on demand and nomination by manager, support others within the Mfg technology area in e.g.
manufacturing concept definition, product design definition, manufacturing of product prototypes, project / process / product documentation, analysis and solving of manufacturing /and quality issues, technology strategy and road mapping, maintenance of equipment, equipment supplier strategy, etc.

Automotive Industry

Knowledge in Best Practices for Manufacturing

Mechanical assemblies

Tool design

Core tools pfmea - reverse Pfmea

Working with Automated and semi-automated equipment

Strong capacities for Troubleshooting

**Standardization**

Implement technologies and equipment in accordance to existing internal norms (of Continental and BU) and external norms for Mfg technologies and automotive industry, create and maintain location standards and contribute to BU and company standards to standardize the best practice, best in quality and costs MT concepts - in area of equipment, process and design guidelines (for design for manufacturing).
**Lessons Learned and Read across implementation**

Follow up and lead for implementation of best practices/lessons learned and read across from other lines and other VT locations
