Purpose of the Function: Develop and apply knowledge of all Manufacturing Process including, Welding Manufacturing for manual operation of robotic arm and resistance welding machines. As well as the development to suppliers of coating and painting processes, teamwork, work under pressure, Priority planning, combining these technical activities with activities of daily work order management, that is, follow-up of orders from NPI, production normal and elaboration and follow-up to the CARS, CAPS and MPR's in the work area.
Principal Responsibilities: Perform volumetric analysis of the coating lines according to the period established in the procedure. Carry out control charts with corrective actions at points outside the parameters. Control of parameters Ph, temperature and concentrations of the solutions of the process lines. Keep track of the inventory of reagent chemicals. Keep track of the inventory of aggregate chemicals. Follow up on updating the documentation of process controls or set up required in your department according to the systems established by the company. Make sure that the deposits comply with the appropriate security measures that the process demands. Verification and monitoring of CIP process improvement opportunities. Including all the activities inherent to the position. Competences / Abilities: Career in mechanical, Process or Industrial engineering. Minimum experience of 2 years in the area of metals, dies or similar position. Knowledge of chemistry, electricity and mechanics. AutoCAD, Master Cam, AP100, Inventor. Knowledge of robot programming. Development and Introduction of New Products. Development of process charts and assembly instructions. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Cost reduction. Knowledge in development and implementation of manufacturing systems and processes. (GD & T). Ability to work under pressure. Dashboard coordination and monitoring. Experience in SPOT, TIG & MIG welding. Experience in the area of chemical coatings. Ability to work in a team. ISO 9001/2008. ISO 14001/2004. Advanced English. Experience in areas of milling, lathe, painting, assembly, bending, punching and pems.
