Manufacturing Engineer

**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- Responsible of kaizen & knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process- Adherence on HSE Procedures and support initiatives. Responsible of the development (Technical and Behaviors )of ME Team based on MRR Procedure aligned with HR and training guidelines- Responsible for Manufacture Process Documentation Controls such as PFMEA, WSI, etc- Manage Plant capacity process by product line and manufacturing line based on monthly SIOP process, and drive improvement as needed- Support NPI launches to Achieve PPAP on time. Support on Assets management.**Experiência y requisitos**- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing Process / and complementary skills (Maintenance / Quality). Project Management to lead cross-functional teams in WW AME Initiatives- Knowledge of Pokayoke, tooling fabrication and design for machinery assembly or inspection type of tools / fixtures.
