POSITION OBJECTIVE
Develop tooling and machinery for new product introduction and continuous improvement in operational KPI's, troubleshooting process to achieve quality standards and optimize assets utilization..
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop Complex tooling and machinery from the concept and up to final delivery protocol
GD&T Dimensional analysis and process-machinery and manual jigs trouble shooting
Tooling selection after cost and life anlysis
Process manufacturing expert in Machining, Welding, Molding and Water Jet
Work with Control Engineering for all automated needs
3D design and finite element analysis for manipulators design
Multitasking ability for several projects management
High flexibility for sense of emergency
Troubleshoot Robot position to adjust holes machined displacement
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Product Intro readiness (ppf), equipment downtime due to bad quality, INA,
Tooling and machinery robustness-effectiveness, process adjustments and deviations
Number of standards creation, on time delivery of the insfreascture-tooling-machinery
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Industrial, and Mechanical Engineering
**Experience**:
Min. 5-years experience in machining processes
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
