**Job Summary**Plans, designs and drives continuous improvement of the manufacturing process in the industrial plant. Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Determines parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification. Performs a major role in troubleshooting process issues, root causing product defects, and implementing corrective actions. Coordinate and implement changes suggested by Launch or Product Engrs. They focus more on technology (PLCs, Robots, Welding, etc) and are responsible in general of secondary equipment (welding, clipping, wrapping,etc).**Responsabilities**- Evaluation of the impact of engineering changes on the manufacturing processes, machinery and equipment required by the client and / or internal as well as their subsequent implementation.- Coordinate the incorporation of Bailment component level changes.- Evaluate the performance of equipment and manufacturing processes in the launching stages.- Identify and provide the needs of tools and / or fixtures of their assigned areas or processes.- Elaboration of documentation (AMEF, flow diagrams, etc.)- Responsible for the PFMEA and the reduction of RPNs and register in the SIA document control system.- Implementation of poka yokes systems in production processes.- Identify and develop cost reduction projects.- Design and implementation of new manufacturing processes.- Design and valuation of new machinery and equipment in accordance with IAC standards.- Identify areas of opportunity for the improvement of the processes and the product.- Member of the Quality Circles for follow-up of manufacturing actions.**Requriments**:- 3 years experience in Automotive Industries as Manufacturing Engineer
