Work instructions, visual aids, documents associated with engineering process).Implement and manage layout changes in the manufacturing process.Design and implement work stations/manufacturing cells.Design and implement core tools (Poka Yoke) to support and improve processes.Identify and propose improvements in processes, with a focus on waste elimination (MUDA).Actively participate in corrective actions depending on errors/discrepancies found in the process.Develop, participate and maintain cost reduction projects using Lean Manufacturing system.Apply 6S in the work area and actively participate with assigned areas.Establish machine capacity and tooling necessary for product/line/unit.Identify equipment needs to maximize labor capacity and units to be produced.Certify multi-process/multi-machine operators aligned with the training and manufacturing department.Actively participate in technical opportunities with materials and suppliers during the pre-production and production phases.Lead deviation requisitions for materials design and/or process for design engineering.Review production programs to identify possible delays in new orders/products
