Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, you as Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of production processes through process documentation with flow diagrams, PFMEA, and process charts. You will ensure good performance of equipment and tooling, monitor equipment uptime, and identify the top five downtime issues to improve equipment performance on a monthly basis.
About the job:Coordination and teamwork in design and tools improvement.
Implement problem-solving methodology to find root cause problems and fix process issues.
Develop/design equipment for new programs, following a program and/or timeline.
Quoting and assessment of tools and/or equipment.
Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards requirements.
About you:University engineering degree.
Good organizational abilities and teamwork.
3-5 years' experience in manufacturing processes.
Experience with 3D drawing software required.
Assembly process experience.
New product and process development experience.
Quality System knowledge.
Ability to interpret electrical diagrams.
Experience in the automotive industry.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
