**Vacancy: Manufacturing Engineer.**
**Location: Anywhere in Mexico to be relocated to Arizona, US**.
We are a leading Engineering company looking for an outstanding **Manufacturing Engineer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving product quality and implementing cost-effective solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new manufacturing processes.
- Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulations in manufacturing processes.
- Manage and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process failures.
- Train and mentor the production team on new processes and technologies.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement quality control measures.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
What will you need as a successful **Manufacturing Engineer**?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive technologies, manufacturing processes, systems and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Advanced English level.
- Availability to relocate to Arizona, US.
