As a MANUFACTURING ENGINEER you will ensure that measurement tools are used to track production performance and validate compliance with business indicators.You will report to the Plant Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure adequacy of the Operational Discipline Procedures and Plans.Work on Production Information Analysis to identify ongoing changes to Plant processes and update the system.Daily update of performance records and process conditions.Ensure that Action Plans generated are completed.Ensure that measurement tools are in place to track production performance, raw material conversion, and asset use.Develop continuous improvement activities.Strategy development and monitoring.Prepare presentations / executive reports.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related career.2+ years of experience in manufacturing areas.Knowledge of Operation tools, Production Management, Inventory Control, Continuous Improvement, Outlook, Excel (can write advanced macros), Word, PowerPoint.This job posting may have multiple locations listed.
