We are curious to find out how you can bring new insights to the role or to Danfoss as an organization.The ideal candidate possesses these skills:2-4 years experience in a similar role (Metla Mechanic Industry).Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.Fluent English.Inventory management & production plan's analysis.Knowledge in industrial standards and regulations.CAD and G&T knowledge.Wide knowledge in cutting tools, cutting conditions and clamping/fixtures.Hydraulic general knowledge for pumps and motors.Lean & continuous improvement tools (Pareto, SMED, Kanban, 8W, VSM, Takt time, Poka Yoke, Jidoka, Andon, visual factory).Experience on manufacturing processes (Machining, grinding, HT, special processes).Knowledge on CNC programming and automation processes.Material properties and implications in the industry.Structured problem solving (PDCA, 8D, 5W + 2H, Ishikawa, Matrix XY, DMAIC).Knowledge in Six Sigma, SPC, and MSA.Use and manage FMEA
