Today, we operate manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Finland, Australia and Austria, with a workforce made up of close to 23, spirited people, all driven by the deeply held belief that at work, as with life itself, it's not about the destination; it's about the journey.POSITION OBJECTIVEDevelop tooling and machinery for new product introduction and continuous improvement in operational KPI's, troubleshooting processes to achieve quality standards and optimize asset utilization.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop complex tooling and machinery from the concept to final delivery protocol.Conduct GD&T dimensional analysis and troubleshoot process-machinery and manual jigs.Perform tooling selection after cost and life analysis.Act as a process manufacturing expert in machining, welding, molding, and water jet.Collaborate with control engineering for all automated needs.Engage in 3D design and finite element analysis for manipulators design.Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrate high flexibility in urgent situations.Troubleshoot robot positioning to adjust machined hole displacement.Follow BRP values and behaviors.Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety-related topics.Enforce Quality BRP policy.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSProduct introduction readiness (ppf).Tooling and machinery robustness-effectiveness.Creation of number of standards.Minimize equipment downtime due to poor quality.Adjust processes and handle deviations.Ensure on-time delivery of infrastructure-tooling-machinery.Education:Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar.Experience:Minimum 2 years in machinery design & manufacturing environment.Language:Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal).English (written and verbal, minimum 80%).Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
