Manufacturing Engineer

.Perform all the Industrial Engineering Activities in the region.- Implement all the global initiatives in the region (AVIX, Simulation Process, AGV, Line balance, MODAPTS,VSF, SMED).- Develop workshops to optimize process for all new business. (packaging, process flow, material, flow)- Work with AME team to improve the machining utilization at early stages of the programs.- Develop and implement all the 'project related with warehouse, material equipment, optimization, from the justification, provide inputs for the CAR approval and support the implementation.- Implement the Capacity Machines activities (Document control and updates).- Support the AME CAR's through the Equipment assign to reduce capital.- Implement and develop all the New Facilities development in the region in terms of design, manufacturing flow, material flow.- Support the Strategic Planning to create scenarios to find the best location to the new business.- Support the Costing team to review equipment available and have a competitive quote in phase 1.- Manage all the CSW assets and their Capacity, to provide to the leadership data when we need buy or save equipment.- Lead all the new launches in terms of (Space, flow, times studies).- Ensure the FSPT accurate based on the PFEP
