Manufacturing EngineerResponsibilities:Calculating equipment capacities based on product specifications to determine optimal production capabilities.Support production lines to achieve daily goals.Ensure equipment drawings are accurate to facilitate equipment maintenance.Participate in maintaining tooling inventory in optimal conditions.Coordinate setup activities to maintain tooling in optimal conditions.Develop spreadsheets for the setups of ECT and ISE Winding cells.Develop and schedule frequent training for the setup of each equipment integrated as part of the Winding cells ECT & ISE.Elaborate Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) processes to ensure flawless production.Maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).Elaborate or update work instructions for each operation to ensure standardized processes and minimize errors.Develop Capital Plan per Fiscal Year and identify and develop Cost Reduction Projects Plan.Requirements:A professional career in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proven expertise in manufacturing engineering.Proficiency in computer packages related to manufacturing engineering.Strong technical skills (Mechanical, Electrical and/or Control) to resolve issues in the production lines.Ability to work in a team environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.Leadership qualities to drive projects and initiatives forward.Experience in project management, process design, and optimization to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.Understanding of automation and control systems for streamlined production processes (preferably).Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve manufacturing issues effectively.Experience in developing Capex Projects and Cost Reduction Programs.Knowledge of 3D design software to contribute to equipment design and optimization (SolidWorks & DraftSight Software preferably).Microsoft Software Skills.Our Commitment to Our People Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
