Highly participate in problem-solving devices (8d) by developing, implementing, managing tooling and the introduction of poka-yoke to eliminate or reduce errors at the source before they lead to defective products. Generate, update, and maintain work instructions on the production line, update and maintain the line's PFMEA according to process requirements to ensure that the production line has the necessary tools for personnel to perform their work. Work in coordination with product and quality engineering for the manufacturing of prototype products and pilot builds. Contribute with multifunctional teams to improve the quality of processes and products. Effective participation in the plant's continuous improvement process and contribute to the deployment and implementation of the company's business strategies (e.G., Lean Manufacturing, Kanban). Actively contribute to the training of our production line team to ensure they keep working properly. Disseminate and monitor the quality management system.
