Highly participation in problem-solving devices (8d) by developing, implementing, managing tooling and the introduction of poka-yoke to eliminate or reduce errors at the source before they lead to defective products. Generate, update, and maintain the work instructions on the production line, update and maintain the line's PFMEA according process requirements to ensure that the production line has the necessary tools for the personnel to perform their work. Work in coordination with product and quality engineering for the manufacturing of prototype products and pilot builds. Contribute with the multifunctional teams to improve the quality of the processes and products. Effective participation in the plant's continuous improvement process and contribute to the deployment and implementation of the company's business strategies (e.G. Lean Manufacturing, Kanban). Actively contribute on the training of our production line team to ensure their keep working properly. Disseminate and monitor the quality management system.
