**Manufacturing startup located in Salinas Victoria, Nuevo Leon is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer.**Job Information:Responsible for leading the implementation of a Lean-based production system across all NA (North America) sites and direct improvements to supported sites. This is accomplished through site assessments and improvement roadmaps that improve and stabilize site KPIs over the long term. This person leads resources across the site, region, and world to ensure the production system is implemented effectively to drive results across site and organization KPIs.Job Requirement:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (degreed).- Advanced English.- Preferred Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt experience.- Valid visa and passport, availability to travel.- More than 3 years of experience.- Global scope: North America.- Experience in implementing production systems will be valued (automotive preferred).- Experience in standards development (quality, engineering, lean or similar).- Ability to train and implement Lean and Six Sigma processes and tools (lean, A3, PDCA, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).- Previous experience in manufacturing processes.Responsibility:Production System Implementation:- Lead production system assessments, improvement planning, and drive results aligned with site level objectives(s).- Implementation of production systems/modules and execution of improvements to drive results aligned with DBPS improvement plans at sites.- Support site and regional production system leadership to achieve results.- Identify engagement and improvement gaps, acting to close.- Lead and develop regional systems to implement the production system.Site KPI Support:- Lead efforts to ensure gaps in site KPIs are closed through short and long term projects and plans- Identify and prioritize projects and Kaizens tied to key strategic initiatives for the organization, leading or resourcing as appropriate- Support site leadership and other team/site resources to achieve results on site KPIsStandards and Training:- Develop regional OPEX/TQM standards and training- Develop and execute a training strategy to support organization-wide implementation of the production system for both salaried and hourly employees that delivers clear business outcomes, both short and long term- Develop, deliver, and improve training/tools, including lean, DMAIC, Six Sigma, A3, PDCA, and other production system-specific and problem-solving content or tools- Coach and mentor others to progress through aligned projects and Kaizens with the appropriate improvement methodology (direct reports and other resources).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 25 % (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
