```htmlManufacturing EngineerIn this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing and assisting in all traditional Manufacturing Engineering activities, such as processing new components into the manufacturing systems, advising the Engineering Change Management Board, developing new process justification and participating in new model launches.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Agricultural or Mechanical) or a combination of a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of engineering work experience in a manufacturing environment.100% bilingual English.Valid Visa and Passport.Pro-E proficiency preferred.Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement experience is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Preferred assembly, welding, robotics, tooling and tooling design and procurement, and processing of new parts and assemblies.Basic knowledge of Autocad.Assembly experience.Responsibilities:Establish methods and standards for new/modified parts.Work closely with design engineering and plant operations on process development and assist in the development of new products with manufacturing requirements as part of the development process.Analyse, document, investigate and implement corrections for process failures; and initiate and implement cost reductions.Provide leadership and work with other functions to help the plant meet safety, quality, delivery, inventory and cost objectives, and participate in a team environment.Other functions may include the need to establish cost-effective manufacturing routes for a wide range of materials, including castings and welded parts.Develop and implement capital projects to improve material flow, reduce floor space requirements and reduce costs.Assist in the development of justification for new capital equipment and manage the installation and commissioning of new equipment.Provide support and participate in new product launch teams.Select correct tooling for new processes.Lead or assist in the design of new or revised tooling to be used in all phases of the manufacturing process, including fabrication, welding, and assembly.Ability to create a scope of work for vendors and lead through quoting process.Provide production support in areas of safety, quality, throughput improvement, line balancing, tooling engineering, inventory management, and cost optimization.```#J-18808-Ljbffr
