RIGHT NOW.**Title**: Manufacturing Engineer**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila Motores JD-Torreon**Function**: Manufacturing Engineering**Main responsibilities**:- Leads the Scrum committee to execute priority activities.- Leads Strategic Agile projects identified to implement innovative solutions for factory metrics as cost reduction, quality, efficiency, safety, and ergonomics.- Identify, track, remove or escalates impediments to enable team success toward the sprint commitments.- Training and coaching the organization in Scrum and Agile culture transformation- Facilitates Agile framework activities for Scrum teams**What skills you need**:- Agile mindset and problem resolution- Forming and leading large teams without authority- Data analytics- Facilitation and Communication- Teaching and coaching- Translate business requirements to Agile projects**What makes you stand out**:- Background in Engineering.- Agile and Scrum methods and practices**Education**:- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience- English
