You will maintain and improve manufacturing and packaging processes.
**JOB DUTIES:
- Sustain packaging and manufacturing processes according to demand, Workstation, tooling and space required.
- Maintain takt time.
- Implement actions to achieve yield, scrap & OEE goals.
- Participate on new process and/or improvement implementations.
- Provide quick solutions to packaging issues.
- Implement changes to packaging processes.
- Keep Standard Operation Sheets (SOS) up to date.
- Capture applicable updates on MRP system.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of updates to current processes.
- Show and encourage proper ROE behaviors.
- Follow Quality System standards (CHPs, DOCs, SOS, etc.)
- Fulfill requisites from both internal and external customers as well as metrics through corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
- Follow our Quality Policy as well as Coaching, Visual Aids, 5S's & Material strategies.
Participate on and lead Change Management Processes, Problem Solving, Material Flow Chats, 7 Wastes, Continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and standard work.
**YOU MUST HAVE:
- Education: Electronics, Electromechanics, Industrial, Process Engineering undergraduate.
- Knowledge: Manufacturing processes, Packaging.
- Skills: Leadership, teamwork, sense of urgency, quick problem solving.
- Intermediate English level
- **This position will be with a term-fixed contract.
