Experience level dependent on laminated products.Lean Manufacturing experience preferred with Green Belt or Black Belt training or certification.Visa and valid passport.50% travel for first 1 – 8 months; 10% travel after initial onboarding.Global Breadth - North America ResponsibilityAnalysis of time and motion, methods, estimating, process engineering and plant layout for assigned area to ensure balanced methods and available capacity to meet customer demand.Implement factory manufacturing processes, systems, equipment, and materials in terms of their associated cost, time, ergonomic, quality, and quantity factors.Assist in recommended changes, collect information for capital justifications and participate in the design and development of new manufacturing processes, systems, equipment, and materials to contribute to the assigned area's short and long-term economic objectives.Write and distribute manufacturing changes and associated operating work instructions to all affected personnel on the shop floor as well as training operators on the product and process changes.Assist in installation of new equipment and help train employees in the proper use of the equipment.Track submitted requisitions and purchase orders.Update routings and Manufacturing bill of materials (MBOM) with direction from manager.Skillset RequiredManufacturing, Inglés avanzado, Titulado, Black Belt certification, Green Belt Certification, Manufacturing processes```#J-18808-Ljbffr
