**What your background should look like**:**ACTIVITIES**:- Establish, implement, monitor and improve operating procedures for the molding process area.- Coordinate the process of mold validation and process adjustment.- Plan and implement activities or projects to reduce downtime for maintenance and/or mold changes.- Control the KPI's of the process department, as well as establish and follow up the work plans to achieve the department's goals.- Establish parameter control methods to maintain stability in the processes to comply with production and scrap indicators.- Elaboration of troubleshooting of molding defects and attack to machine failures.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Completed professional career (Engineering related to the position).- 2 to 4 years of previous experience in a similar position in molding area.- Conversational English**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
