Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer III to join our Tijuana, Mexico team.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
- Permanent seeking of process and improvement to meet the Department Goals: Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery Time.
- Continuous improvements using Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing tools.
- Ensure proper manufacturing documentation for NPI and Check List pre-run and Post run.
- Lead Lean/Continuous improvement teams such as Kaizen, Cellular Mfg., One Piece Flow, 5S, visual management & Kanban.
- Manage Product transfer projects.
- Design manufacturing cells layouts.
- Coach and mentor Manufacturing engineers.
- Support new product releases through pre-production phase, by finding manufacturability issues and providing feedback to design engineers. Establish and update DFM guidelines as required to support new product development.
- Generate engineering change orders/requests to support process and product changes.
- Create and maintain PFMEA for back-end processes.
- Perform mechanical analysis of assembly quality and process issues.
- Manual and automatic assembly experience.
- Design and order assembly fixtures and tooling.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 5-7 years of related experience.
- Fluent in English 80% (oral, written, listening)
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Effective at working in team situations.
- Project management skills.

- Normal office and manufacturing floor environment.
- Domestic or international travel may be required.
