Under a minimum supervision, will give support, support to the methods, productive processes and to the functions of industrial engineering.
It supports initiatives and projects focused on cost reduction, improving quality and maintaining product availability for assigned product lines through continuous improvement.
**Responsabilities**:
1.
Product management.

Generation of engineering changes.
3.
Continuous improvement.
Manufacturing processes, from the molding process to production, improving continuously, through the use of lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma practices.
4.
Six sigma and slender manufacture.
Manages methodologies for the continuous improvement of productive processes under their responsibility; Generates monthly reports of the activities carried out that support the quality objectives established by the company
5.
Cost reduction projects.
Conducts or supports cost reduction projects by qualifying new suppliers of materials or parts.
Participates in the development and execution of the Test Plan.

Validation of molds and / or equipment.
Manage the validation process of molds and new or existing assembly equipment as required
2.
Introduction of new product / process.
It provides manufacturing support for the complete integration of new products, from the research and development R & D phase to the mass production phase.
3.
Financial analysis of projects.
Maintain updated capacity studies that include plastic injection molds and assembly equipment of the assigned product lines.
4.
Development of new product / process.
Participate giving manufacturing support for the complete integration of the new products, from the research and development R & D phase to the mass production phase.
5.
Project management (p_management).
Manage in a structured and sequential way the projects through the phases of project development
Experiência y requisitos
**Education**:University Career, Engineering degree
**Experience**:Minimum of 7 Years
Full bilingual is a must
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools, such as Solid Works, AutoCAD, GD&T, Minitab, SPC
etc.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, knowledge of quality standards
Ability to meet tight deadlines
